Summit is a Saudi company established in 2007 with head-office in Riyadh. It is licensed to practice engineering consultancy works and related activities. Within this, Summit offers highly competitive value-for-money services in the following areas:

The company, as per end January 2016, has seventy one (71) employees of high professionalism and knowledge in their respective fields at both local and international levels. Managing Director : Dr. Nasser Al-Refaei

Nationality: Saudi
YoB: 1962
Qualifications:

PhD – Commerce – Transport Management, University of Tasmania, Hobart, Australia, 2010.
Master of Engineering (Maintenance Management of Railway Tracks), Royal Melbourne Institute of
Technology University (RMIT), Melbourne, Australia, 1998.
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Florence University, Florence, Italy, 1991.
Consultant Civil Engineer, Saudi Council of Engineers, KSA, 2010.

Nasser has experience in management and strategic planning in the fields of railway transport and intermodal transport. He worked for 15 years for SRO in the high management starting from Track Maintenance Dept. Director right through to General Superintended for Maintenance (rolling stock and track). He is highly knowledgeable in the local conditions of railway transport and the local socioeconomic and legislative environments. More recently, Nasser worked at the Australian Innovation Research Centre on several projects, including a PhD research program, on transport policymaking with focus on logistics and freight intermodal transport. Pennsylvania, USA 1985.
Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, South-eastern Massachusetts University, New Bedford,
Massachusetts, USA 1983. Graduated with distinction.
Certified as a Consultant Civil Engineer, Saudi Council of Engineers, KSA, 2007

Faisal has vast experience in project and construction management, business plan development, and overall management and strategic planning in all types and fields especially large buildings and TELECOM projects. He is dynamic with high energy and has over 32 years of experience in the engineering, management and construction industry both in the USA and KSA markets. He worked for more than 12 years in the USA before moving to Riyadh, KSA.

Executive Director Admin and Finance : Mr. Aamer Al-Rifai

Aamer is well experienced administration and finance manager. He acquired his expertise over a 30-year period of hard work in the fields of construction and public relations particularly in connection with government agencies. He has vast knowledge on public administration, rules, and regulation.

Manager of Railway and Intermodal Division: Eng. Naser Burhan

Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering, Damascus University, Damascus, Syria, 2007.

Naser is a hard working person who took the challenge of working and completing his engineering degree at the same time. This has made him a highly competent manger with strong knowledge in technology. His outstanding skills enabled him to successfully deploy his knowledge and experience over a short time to the field of technology applied to railway sector.

Architectural Division Manager: Eng. Sultan B. Masri

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture from College of Architecture Engineering, Damascus
University, Damascus, Syria, 2007

Sultan is talented young Architect and has vast experience as an architect and interior design. He has several excellent projects designed by him and they are very successful.

His main skills are in the area of applying architecture related software and database technologies on issues pertaining to buildings. This is backed up by his architectural backgrounds, business sense and belief in high quality client service. He is also expert in project and construction management in all types and fields.

Telecom Division Manager: Eng. Zafer Sulaiman

Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology and Computing from Arab Open University,
Riyadh, KSA 2011.

Zafer is another hard working and young Engineer/ Manager who took the challenge of working and completing his engineering degree at the same time. This has made him a highly competent manger with strong knowledge in technology. His outstanding skills include Experience managing large projects simultaneously. Experience in Network Administrating and Errors Controlling. Experience in the areas of networks design, installation and problems solving. Excellent experience in Telecommunication Design and Telecommunication Management.

Design Manager: Arch. Mohammad Wasim

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Architecture from NED University of Engineering & technology Karachi, Pakistan,
in 1985.

Architect Mohammed Wasim is a senior professional with more than 30yrs of quality experience. He has designed, constructed and successfully handover several high value projects he has been working in Saudi Arabia since 1993 with companies, such as, Saudi Aramco, Ministry of Health, Royal Commission Yanbu, Saudi Arabian National Guards & US Army/Core of Engineers. During his vast experience he has worked on Educational, Health care, Housing, Military, Infrastructural, IT equipment rooms/ Data centers, Aviation projects worth billions of Saudi Riyals. At present he is working in the capacity of Design Manager. He is dealing with our clients and reporting to high management of our organization.

Operations Manager: Eng. Abdulrahim Daboul

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology and Computing from Arab Open University,
Riyadh, KSA 2014.

Abdulrahim is another Summit young and hard working Manager who took the challenge of working and completing his engineering degree at the same time. This has made him a highly competent manger with strong knowledge in technology. Abdulrahim is effective leader, skilled in enlisting the support of all team members in aligning with project and organizational goals. Also, he is dedicated and enthusiastic manager, able to motivate teams to perform at their best in providing excellent service and developing ongoing, profitable client relationships. He also has good experience in the areas of Telecommunication Design and Telecommunication Management.

Chief Engineer: Eng. Akber Ali

Certificate Courses on High-speed Rail Planning, Engineering and Construction Management from
University of Illinois Urbana Champaign-USA.

Akber is a Construction and Infrastructure civil engineer Specialist with over thirty three year’s multidiscipline experience in transport engineering including railway, roads, and bridges. He has overseen various large transport construction projects across Asia and Middle East, where he provided supervision for all aspects of construction from planning and preparation to management and technical follow up. He also gained extensive experience and solid expertise in modern maintenance and works management techniques applicable to road/rail infrastructures he further possesses skills, in tendering processes, and contractual/financial issues.

Civil/ Structural Engineer: Engr. Dulcesimo Gonzales II

Dulcesimo "Jojo" has experience in various fields of Civil Engineering especially Structural Engineering and Communications Towers. He is responsible for preparing analysis reports to insure the serviceability of structures & the safety of the people around it.
